Welcome to AICapX ("AICapX," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the AICapX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Service Description
AICapX is an AI capacity sourcing and procurement platform designed to help businesses submit requests for quotations (RFQs), compare capacity options, and connect with qualified AI infrastructure suppliers.
AICapX does not guarantee supplier availability, pricing, or transaction completion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business or organization to use our services.
By submitting an RFQ, you represent that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith for legitimate business purposes.
3. RFQ Submission
Users may submit RFQs through the platform for AI capacity sourcing purposes.
You agree not to submit:
- False or misleading information
- Fraudulent inquiries
- Illegal or prohibited use cases
- Requests involving unlawful activities
AICapX reserves the right to reject or remove RFQs at its sole discretion.
4. No Guarantee of Transaction
Submitting an RFQ does not guarantee:
- Supplier matching
- Pricing availability
- Successful procurement
- Commercial agreement
Any transaction between users and suppliers remains subject to separate negotiation and agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, logos, software, and materials on AICapX are the property of AICapX or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
AICapX provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AICapX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
AICapX may introduce users to third-party suppliers.
AICapX is not responsible for supplier performance, service quality, uptime, security, or contractual obligations unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
