Use of Information

Information submitted through the platform will be used solely for:

RFQ evaluation
Supplier matching
Capacity sourcing
Commercial discussions related to procurement

Protection of Sensitive Information

AICapX will make reasonable efforts to protect sensitive commercial information, including pricing expectations, infrastructure requirements, and business specifications.

Anonymization

When sharing RFQ information with suppliers, AICapX may anonymize or partially redact buyer-identifying information to reduce the risk of unauthorized direct solicitation or circumvention.

Supplier Access

Supplier access to RFQ details is limited to information necessary for quotation and sourcing evaluation.

No Binding Commitment

Submission of an RFQ does not constitute a binding purchase commitment.
